When you book Ranch Cabin, you are agreeing to the following booking terms and conditions.

Arrival and Departure Times

Check in is between 3pm-9pm. Guests must advise us of their estimated arrival time and telephone when they are half an hour from the glamping site.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. If evidence of a pet or smoking is found inside the home, you will be charged a minimum of euro 100.00 for additional cleaning. Failure to comply with our “No Smoking” policy or “No Pet” policy may result in eviction and loss of all monies paid. Smoking is allowed on the porches where you will find chairs and ashtrays for your convenience.

NO PARTIES. No parties or groups larger than those renting the property are allowed. We don’t host stags or hen parties.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome to visit us and are the full responsibility of parents and have to be supervised at all time.

Ranch cabin do not take responsibility for falls or any accidents.

DISTURBANCES

Quiet time is from 10pm.

Do not wonder around the farm grounds as there are electric wires to keep animals in fields.

Any disturbance resulting in neighbourhood complaints, police action, illegal activities(we are drug free zone), damage to the property, or violation of this agreement or of rules and regulations governing the property, will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay, and all monies paid will be forfeited. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the property; you can be removed from the property without process of law if you do not depart at the appropriate time.

APPLIANCE OPERABILITY & REPAIR

All appliances are guaranteed to be in good working order upon your arrival, however things do malfunction from time to time. We cannot guarantee air conditioning, appliances, or other equipment, but we do guarantee that repairs will be made as soon as possible. REFUNDS cannot be made due to failure. Owners reserve the right to make repairs as necessary, and to enter the property with reasonable notice, or without notice if you cannot be reached.

PROPERTY CONDITION / DAMAGE DEPOSITS.

You agree to leave the property in good condition: no physical damage, house and yard neat and tidy, dishes washed, spills wiped up, trash removed according to instructions, etc. Late check-out, trash left, or house and grounds needing more-than-usual cleaning are the common reasons why charges are made to cover damage or theft. By renting this house, you agree that you will be responsible for any damages or thefts and understand these charges will be charged to your credit card on file or if necessary, pursued with police report and via whatever legal means required to recover monies to cover any damage or theft. You also agree to pay any court costs, legal fees should legal ramification become necessary. The person who reserves, rents, and pays for the stay is responsible for all damages that he/she or anyone in their party who is staying at house and causes damage. By renting and staying in this vacation home, you agree to all terms and policies set forth in this document.

LIABILITY

Guests agree to hold Owners free and clear of any liability for damage to self or property, resulting from accident or injury, or loss of enjoyment, due to power outages, rain, snow, sun, negligence, defective construction, fire, theft, inoperable appliances, etc. Owners will take all possible steps to make sure the house equipment is in proper order.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICE

We strongly recommend that you look at all available photographs before booking. Ranch cabin is on farmland and is privately owned, but we cannot make the decision for you and will not be responsible if you are not happy with your choice on arrival. No refunds for early departure.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

The Owners are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to your belongings while at the rented property. Keys should be left in front door. Lost keys will be charged at €50.

We are not responsible for items left in the rental home.

FORCE MAJEURE

Force majeure on the side of Ranch cabin exists if the implementation of the agreement is entirely or partially, temporarily or permanently, prevented due to circumstances which are beyond the control of ranch cabin including threat of war, staff strikes, blockades, fire, floods, pandemics and other disruption or events. In the event of Force Majeure no full refunds will be given.

The prices feature on the website are not binding; Ranch Cabin reserves the right to modify these prices.

Parking

Parking is provided directly outside Ranch cabin. Please don’t block the road.

​Cancellation Policy by HOSTS

We hope we don’t have to but sometimes it could be out of our hands, floods, weather warnings, fire, so we reserve right to do so with as much notice as possible given to our guests.

In the event of a cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full the monies paid (MINUS TRANSACTION CHARGES 10%)

Liability
We do not accept liability for injury or loss of life to any person within the premises. Neither do we accept liability for loss or damage to any property or vehicle brought onto the premises. We recommend that the customer takes out their own private insurance as required.

Recycling

Please recycle as much as possible in the recycling bins provided. Wipes, sanitary waste, cloths etc. must not be flushed down the toilets, please use the waste bins. Please do not litter and never put glass or bottle tops in the firepits.

Guest Responsibility
All bed linen, pillows, duvets, towels and tea towels are included in your holiday price. We kindly request no bed linen or towels are removed from the property. Any badly damaged bed linen or towels which need replacing, will be charged for as will damage to items, furniture and fixtures.We hope you enjoy staying at our accommodation and ask our guests to keep and leave the Ranch cabin in a clean tidy condition. We reserve the right to charge if extra cleaning is required.

In Case of Fire
On discovering a fire anywhere on the site, (if safe to do so please extinguish with fire extinguishers provided). Evacuate immediately and alert owners. If necessary, raise the alarm by shouting Fire, Fire, Fire. Please call 999 immediately and report the location as Ranch Cabin – Clonmeen Cross R32H0V1.Thereafter please call 0858701751 to hosts

Finally, please be considerate! Please try to respect the environment and our home. If you are staying up late then keep the noise down after 10pm.
